John Francis
1948 - 2018
John was an amazing husband, father and grandfather, a brilliant inventor and electronics engineer, and, quietly, a very drily funny and clever man. He wanted no formal gathering after his death but so many people have sent such warm and happy memories of him that Tom has made a website so we can share these more widely. When his grandchildren are older, they can read the entries and be proud of him too.

I have shared in the joy of Rosa and then Redd. I have seen Anna and Tom achieve amazing success in their careers. I have been able to pursue my passion for eccentric electronics with complete freedom from pressure! I have lived a life to be celebrated without regrets."
